June Release Hop Day 2

Well, helloooooooo there!!!!!!! YAY! I'm happy to have you back or welcome to you if this is your first day joining our June New Release Hop!

I'm very excited about this release because we've done a couple of things we've not done before like new paper pads and stamps and dies for babies!! YAY!!!

I'd like to recap the items we're releasing this week. Let's get right to it shall we?

Our new Embossed Dots Rectangles is a set of 5 dies which will arrived nested on a magnetic sheet for easy storage. This is the first set of nested dies we've done which emboss this pretty dotted border around the edge of each rectangle they cut. Each die in this set both cut a rectangle and emboss. No embossing pads are needed for use. Just run them through your machine like you would any other die. You are going to love the gorgeous detail these add to your paper crafted projects.

Dual Dotted Rectangles and Squares (sold separately) are also super cool and unlike anything we've done before. These dies work JUST like our Stitched Mats: Dual Stitched Rectangles and Squares BUT instead of cutting our signature stitching these new dies cut out a dainty dotted border. They have our dual cutting design which is like receiving two sets in one. You'll cut dotted rectangles and squares but also be left with a dotted frame around the piece you cut or the negative. Each of the largest dies in this set ONLY cut a dotted border around the base of a pre-made card base. Rectangles pre-made card base should be A2 and for the squares 4.25" square. I'm tell you, I have true die love for these and truth be told I had the graphics created for them and I wasn't sure how they were going to work out and the Design Team encouraged me to produce these and I'm so glad they did. The results are amazing!!

This is a gorgeous new stamp set called Go Confidently designed by uber-talented Karen Baker. This is a perfect stamp set for time time of year for graduates, general congrats. It also contains sentiments that are inspirational and aspirational. It's done in a very "now" look and feel and you'll love that these sentiments are delightfully large. I don't know about you but I love a big sentiment because sometimes you don't need to do much more than stamp!!

Wrappers Delight Sunburst is the first in a series of dies that we're releasing in the new Wrappers Delight Collection. This one is a new and fresh take on adding a sunshine look to your cards and the coolest thing about it is that is has a dedicated spot for stamping built right in. Why Wrappers Delight you say? Well, the title is a play on words from an 80's-ish rap song titled "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugarhill Gang - anyone? Anyone? A hip hop hibbey to the hip hip hop etc... etc...... Look it up on "The Google" and have a laugh with me. I digress.....

This die can actually be wrapped around the base of your card for different and fun orientations especially when used on a horizontally oriented A2 card base. It's fun. It's unique and I think it makes for such a lovely back drop! You'll be happy to know that some of the sentiments from our new Go Confidently Stamps fit right in that little stampy space. I happen to think that these goodies would awesomely together!! Enjoy! :)

Ok, Coffee Talk!!! Can we talk about this for a minute ;) Sarah Jay literally read my mind. She emailed me one day and said that we needed an iced coffee set and I had already started formulating a group of sentiments so we RAN with it. Sarah did an AMAZING job designing all the coffee imagery and even helping with suggestions for layouts of our final sentiments. I had so much working with her on this. Isn't she so talented? I think it's pretty cool too that if you already have our Coffee Cozy Stamps and Dies that you can use ALL of these sentiments with any of our coffee images. Love that!!

Up next are a series of baby themed supplies that seriously make me drool! Of course, we worked in some ways to use these supplies so they can be used for everyday as well.

Our new Baby Word Die is cute and curly in a fresh and sophisticated way. It coordinates perfectly with our Stork Stuff Stamps and Dies and with our new Cover Up Die: Alphabet. I like that when you use the stamps you can create a "Hey, Baby" sentiment! If you're loving the new baby goodies definitely include this die in your order! It won't disappoint!

OH THIS DIE!!!!! How cool is this????? I am in LOVE!!! So this die will cut out an A2 panel that contains this interlocking alphabet pattern that is perfect for baby themed cards, or even teacher and student themed cards. It's so clean and modern it can easily coordinate with any theme project you're working on! My dear friends Missy Tower-Byrne and Ariana Grant worked on this for me and they did an amazing job, right??

Well, look what the stork brought! Seriously? How cute is the Stork Stuff Dies assembled? Do I need to say much more other than most of the sentiments from the coordinating Stork Stuff Stamps will stamp right on the baby carrier and this can be used together with our Scratch Off Stickers to create fun baby gender reveal cards which could even make for fun shower game pieces or cute baby announcements. More on that in a bit! I love this!!!

These are the Stork Stuff Stamps. We gave you a stamped image of our stork and baby carrier which gives you a ton of end use possibilities. The stamps will fit right inside the spot on the carrier which makes for a great layout.  Angelica Suarez and I worked together on this set and she just made this come to life, right? It came out great! There are a ton of options for you here and I hope you love it as much as I do!

Here are the Scratch Off Stickers I was mentioning above. They're available in either Silver or Gold and come in packs of 10. They're stickers! So, do your stamping and then place the the self-adhesive sticker over the sentiment you wish to reveal and that it's! The recipient can scratch it off and it won't destroy or scratch your stamping because it's protected by a clear layer of the sticker. These are easy and fun and I bet there are SO many more things you can do with these.

This is sort of a follow up to our Cover Up Die: Pointelle! I worked with Angelica again on our new Cover Up Die: Eyelet too and it came out so so pretty!! I thought it was perfect to go with the baby themed goodies as well. Now, this is a wee bit of a messy one because there are so many little pieces. Run it a couple of times through your die cutting machine. It will help for more of these pieces to fall away on their own and shake it over the trash barrel to keep these little pieces of your crafty space. Trust me, the end result is SO worth the small bit of extra work to cut this out. AND, Jennifer Carter has a video for you on her blog. She used the Tool In One to remove her pieces and oddly enough I had JUST ordered one for this very purpose and it really did work awesomely! I first saw this tool in action at the Spellbinder's Booth at CHA last year and it was being demo'd by AJ Otto! How lucky was I to meet her and see this in action? It's a cool thing! I kinda wish I'd thought of it, LOL!!!

Circle Banners Dies ROCK!!! You can use them on almost ANY project! I'm tellin' you - these banner dies we're doing are replacing ribbon on my projects! I love love LOVE them! You will too especially if you already have our Hearts Banners Dies and love them!

Last but certainly not least are our new Ombré paper pads. We need to get down and kiss Ariana's feet! She worked her behind off to make these come to life. She printed them all, cut them all, added a cardboard backer, cover AND padded them and all just for you to get your ombré paper crafting on! LOL!!!!

Ombré Chevrons are gorgeous. The colors are soft but vibrant and coordinate with inks and papers you already have in your collection which is great. You will love these gradual shades of ombré chevron papers! This is a set of 20 papers of 10 different colors of chevrons.

Dip Dyed Ombré Papers are my faves I think. They have a more watercolored look than any of the other two pads. I'm telling you - these are gorgeous!!!! This pad has 24 sheets of 12 different colors which will coordinate with your favorite inks and papers already in your collection. YAY!!!

Ok, yup. These rule too!!! The Ombré Stripes are on the diagonal and start out soft at the top of the page and get bolder and stronger towards the bottom of the page. The colors are truly lovely!

Did I mention that these paper pads are seriously the BEST quality EVER! The paper is smooth and sturdy but not like cardstock - it's just right and can handle anything you want to do with it!

What do you think????????????  What are your favorite new items??

How about some projects? Hmmm....what to share..........

Here I used three new goodies, Coffee Talk Stamps, Wrappers Delight Sunburst Die and our new Dual Dotted Rectangles. I started by stamping and embossing my coffee images onto pink cardstock and did a little shading with Copics. Then, I created my base from white cs which I die cut with a die in our Dual Dotted Rectangles Set. See the GORGEOUS dotted detail that the negative cut makes? I love the frame it makes for my coffee! Inside I layered my Sunburst in stone cs. I used sentiments from our Hello, Awesome Stamps in ombré ink to finish this off. Love! The end.

Here I used my Sunburst Die a little differently. I cut it in half and arranged the largest rays and smallest rays separately as though they were poking out from behind this cloud which I made with our Border Builders Die Set which CASE'D from designer Heather Hoffman! I stamped images from our Go Confidently Stamps in ombré ink. How awesome are these sentiments?? Karen did a beautiful job!!! I really like the way this card came together.

Here I wanted to make a one layer using our new Coffee Talk Stamps and I did in a rainbow of colors. Cute, right? I stamped my sentiment right onto the same panel. It works! I love how this turned out. It's super easy to line everything up when using this set too. Aren't these little cups the CUTEST??

Another card using Coffee Talk because I just couldn't put it down :) Also features our Long & Skinny Rectangles Dies!

Here I used our new Dual Dotted Squares Dies to make this card base. I just lined up the largest and (I'm pretty sure) the smallest die in this set to the make this fun card front which I turned into a shaker using real Swarovski crystals left over from my jewelry making days. The sentiment is from our Girl's Best Friend Stamps.  I could make 1000000 card bases like this one! I love it! I hope you do too!

Well, we like to give out prizes as you know and we have a $15 store credit for each day of our three day hop.
