Lil' Inker Designs New Release Blog Hop Day 3

WOW!!!!! There is so so much work that goes into a new release and then when it's here it absolutely FLIES! I can't believe it's Day 3 already!

Today is the day when I recap what we've released by showing off the graphics of the items only and inviting you to either visit our store to read up on your favorite items or go back and read my Day 1 and Day 2 posts...or all of the above!!!

Here is another look at everything we released this week to the store:

I have some new projects to share with you today. Would you like to see them?

MORE FOILING!!! FOILING IS FUN!!!
These projects feature our new Joy to the World Stamps

Here I wanted to leave my project simple and let the stamp image and the foiling to the talking. Here I used green foil but it was slightly hard to capture on camera. I fashioned my images in the shape of a Christmas Tree which I love that you have the option of doing with this set. Then, I trimmed my sentiment down to a square and layered it over a panel cut with Quilted Swirl Stitched Pattern Die.

Here I wanted to make my red foiled image have a bit more of a rustic feel. So once I foiled and cut my sentiment down I did a little sponging to make this look worn and then did a layout with some rustic Christmas papers and twine.

Here I've used our brand new Peace Love and Joy Stamps but instead of using lots of different colors and making this so fun and bright I decided to stamp all in letters and words in red ink and then decided to heat emboss in gold the coordinating shadow stamps. I wish I was able to capture the shine this card has. It's lovely!! The snowflakes you see are from our Rustic Christmas Stamps and cut with the Rustic Christmas Dies. I also used our Silly Stitched Dies here. You will have THE most fun creating with this set. I really think because this is so unique you NEED to have this in your collection!!!

This card features our awesome new Season's Greetings Stamps. I decided to work with just the animals and create my layout with my Stitched Mats Circles. My sentiment, a little hard to see in the picture, was heat embossed in white and is from our new Festive Florals Stamps. These are SO SO FUN TO COLOR!!!!!!! Also featured here are our Holly Jolly Dies. Squeeeeee! I love how this turned out!!!!!!

This is my favorite card I made from the entire release and it best showcases how nicely the Season's Greetings Stamps and Festive Florals work together. Totally not planned but awesome when things like that happen!!

I started with an aqua panel and die cut it with Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain and then die cut a center window with my Stitched Mats Circles. Then, I stamped my cat image on the inside of my card and colored him quickly and easily with Copics. Then, I used the banner from the Season's Greetings Stamps which I fussy cut and stamped with a sentiment and adhered to the front of my card. Then, I just went crazy with my Festive Florals Stamps and Dies and arranged them as you see. Festive Florals is so SO great to work with and the images color up fast and fun! I hope you'll consider adding it to your collection!

I saved the best for last! It's my favorite picture and I love this set! Rowdy Reindeer was used to create these tags and with two of Rowdy's different faces. The tag dies you see are are our Embossed Dots Tags. Don't they look great in grey? Then, I used our Border Builders Die Set to create the snow. Also featured here are our Holly Jolly Dies. Aren't these the cutest???????? Oh my gosh I love this set. If you already have the coordinating Moody Santa which we released last year then adding this one to your collection is a no brainer!!

Oh, I had SO MUCH FUN creating for this release. I actually couldn't stop!!!!

I hope you've enjoyed everything I created to share with you for this release!

Lil' Inker Designs New Release Blog Hop Day 2

Hi again!!! Let me just say that I am blown away by all your feedback on this release! Thank you so so much!!

We have some really exciting items new to the store this week and I'd love to show them to you. If you're just joining us be sure and go back and see our Day 1 Post so you don't miss any details. If you're back again today, thank you and let's review again all of our new goodies!

I am so in looooooove with these Festive Florals Stamps!!!! I was really missing having some Christmas florals in our collection so you might say that I was a little selfish when I asked our illustrator to draw these...but honestly I'm so glad I did!
What makes this set special is that it's entirely hand drawn and has a slightly rustic feel. You will love working with these images and seeing how nicely they pair with new Season's Greetings Stamps too! Didn't plan that!!!! I love when that happens!

This Joy to the World Stamp Set is a follow up to our hand illustrated greetings but with a holiday theme. We've  left the main portion of the greeting one solid piece and the smaller elements can be stamped in different colors. You can even stamp this set in such a way that it resembles a Christmas tree. If you love our Be the Reason and You'll Never Regret Stamps, you'll love this one too!!!

This is our gorgeous new Cover Up Die: Geometric Snow Die that we're adding to our collection of Cover Up Dies! This one looks like snow falling in a way, hence the name. Trust me. This one is gorgeous and you will love it!

Our Noel Word Die is a die that can truly stand alone and has a unique feature... . The word Noel features antlers over the "O" and the center of the O that cuts away can be used as a nose making this look like a reindeer! You might even add in some googly eyes for fun or keep it plain. It really renders itself to a masculine feeling card or dressed up for one with a fun feeling. Pairing this one with some plaid paper would be perfect!

This Christmas Words Tree Die is a combo of holiday words in the shape of a Christmas Tree even featuring a star on top! This makes for a FABULOUS gift tag of perfect for any card front! This is so so fun!!

I know that at first glance at this set you might be scratching your head but take a look at the colorful graphic because that is what this set is capable of! Isn't that SOOOOO COOOOL???
The letters can be stamped to spell peace, joy and love and each of the letters has a coordinating shadow or second layer stamp. This will allow you to achieve these colorful letters. Love love love oh and..........you can totally use the word love for Valentine's Day cards as well. Nice!

This is a classically beautiful image with a vintage feel for your holiday crafting. Our Vintage Christmas Wreath Stamps feature a lovely wreath shape and holiday florals. The center of the piece is where you can stamp the greetings that we've included. Get creative with this piece. Try cutting out the center and putting your greeting on the inside of the card or even make a shaker!

See our coordinating Vintage Christmas Wreath Die above so you can cut out this image so easily!

Season's Greetings Stamp Set is a follow up in some ways to our previously released Oh Deer Christmas and 'Tis the Season Stamps, but this time we've featured a frame stamp with attached banner and then three interchangeable images of these adorable animals which all stamp inside the frame. All of the greetings stamp to fit on the banner. If you have the previously released stamps most of the sentiments can be mixed and matched adding versatility to these sets.

I also found that these animals paired perfectly with our new Festive Florals Stamps and Dies and I also found I had fun working with the animal images separately from this set on other projects. This is super versatile!

I'm so excited about Moody Santa's new pal Rowdy Reindeer. You will enjoy coloring this reindeer and stamping his facial expressions, smiley face, sad face and tongue sticking out face, which you can mix and match depending on the sentiment you choose to work with.
Pair with Moody Santa on your projects for so much fun!

I would love to show you some of the things I made with a few of our new goodies.

First, I started with our Cover Up Die: Geometric Snow. I cut it from some scrap thin cardboard and I used it as a stencil to achieve the look below. I laid my stencil over my blush cardstock and taped everything down with Washi tape and then I used this transfer gel and a gift card as my putty knife and smeared on a thin layer of this gel. I had this iridescent foil which I'd been dying to use and it's the gel and the stenciling that got me to the results below. Isn't this cool????

Then, I die cut our Christmas Words Tree Die from watercolor paper and I very quickly and easily water colored with my Zig markers to achieve the coloring above. The rest was simple with some vellum and twine as I really wanted my background to do a lot of the work. I love the soft, angelic feel this has. That foil is crazy-shiny!!!

Here I've used our new Noel Word Die. Isn't it so sweet? I started with a dark green card base and I heat embossed in white a bunch of the images from our Rustic Christmas Stamps and gave them a bit of a chalkboard look with a white pencil. Then, I used my Vintage Label Die and Sentiment Stamps to create the red-framed label you see. It was the perfect backdrop to my word die which I cut from kraft cardstock. I added a red "nose" enamel dot for a little pop of shine and fun. I really like how this turned out. Oh and how can I forget about my ribbon peeking out from behind my label. Love.

Here I used our Vintage Christmas Wreath Stamps and Die with a bit of a twist. So, first I made a white card base and added over it a die cut using my Cover Up Die: Geometric Snow. Isn't is great and so pretty in white on white? Then, I used a die from my Stitched Mats Circles to cut away a window through to the inside of my card.
Then, I stamped and heat embossed my Vintage Christmas Wreath in gold which is seriously amazing. Actually, this is the perfect set if you want to just heat emboss until the cows come home. It literally needs nothing else because the image is so pretty and detailed.
Using scissors, I made a hole in the center and cut out and away the center circle and adhered it to the front of my card with some foam tape.
I stamped my greeting inside my card so there is a nice and decorative window through to the inside. I'm so happy with how this came together! It wasn't hard at all!!!

I hope you're enjoying my projects so far this week!!
