As part of today's fun, I've created two projects I'd like to share with you made with stamps and dies from my little company, Lil' Inker Designs.
First up is my mitten card. I started with a Pure White Mitten from Paper Source which I stamped with a pretty poinsettia from our Festive Florals Stamps and sentiment from our Coffee Cozy Stamps. Then, I did a little ink blending and paint splattering to add some color and dimension.
After embellishing my mitten with paper, twine and jingle bells, I created my card base using this Holiday Messages On Red wrapping paper from Paper Source together with my Border Builders Die Set. I love how this turned out and it came together simply which I very much enjoy! HA!!
For my second card, I started with some watercolor paper and a trio of Real Brush Clean Color Markers which I used to create this pretty and ombré background. Once dried, I heat embossed my sentiment from our All the Christmas You'll Ever Need 2 Stamps in gold embossing powder. I then created a base using this Snowy Trees wrapping paper from Paper Source and to add a little extra something to my project I heat embossed a frame around my card and added in some gold twine..
Here is a closer look at the excellent stamp sets and dies from Lil' Inker Designs used to create these cards:

Beautiful cards! I especially love the mitten card. I've enjoyed playing around with my Lil Inker stamps and tree dies this year. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, on that second card, I thought the tree paper in the background was just part of the photo trimmings, and I loved it like that too! So I guess if I ever need a CAS, I can just go with the middle section! *facepalm* I'm so observant. But anyway, back to what you actually did; I've seen that singing sentiment floating around, and I love it every time. And your mittens are lovely. The ink blending is so smooth and I love the little twine string around them. Thanks so much for your generosity in sharing your creativity and being a sponsor for Taheerah's advent calendar!
