Here is everything brand new in the store this week.
I might just be the weeist bit biased but I happen to this we have a rockin' collection of stamps and dies for Halloween and what's even greater is that so many of these items can be mixed and matched and interchanged. CLICK HERE to shop out entire Halloween collection.
Here are the projects that I made to share with you today using new and previously released items in our collection.
Here I used the largest ghost die and face die in that set to create the ghost you see. How cute is that face? I was excited to see how nicely the banner die in our Thankful Thoughts Die Set displayed over our this ghost. So, I die cut the banner from black stock and using gold embossing powder I heat embossed a sentiment from the You've Been Booed Stamp Set. Cute!!! I then paired my ghost with the pumpkin from our Seen On Halloween Die Set and spider from the Spiderweb Greeting Die. Don't these all go so nicely together?
Here is another card I made starting with our Quilted Stitched Harlequin Die which I loooooooove!! Then I had some fun with the You've Been Booed Set. This will go to a neighbor when we leave a Halloween treat anonymously at their doorstep.
Do you "Ghost" in your neighborhood? I found this info on the web I thought I'd share in case you weren't familiar with this fun tradition.
I found this scrap of paper that I found in my stash that had already been sponged and splattered. YESS!!! I knew it was exactly the right background for this set and then I got INKY with my Fresh Inks. I started by stamping all of the florals and leaves. My favorite small bit in the set is the two step pinecone! LOVE IT! Once I stamped and die cut everything out I arranged it over my square twig wreath which I cut from taupe paper.
Then, as you can see above I used our Thankful Word Die over the design which I added some sponging to for effect and stamped in the sentiment you see to complete the greeting. I couldn't possibly love this more!! What do you think?
How about a closer look at some of our Designer's projects? I just couldn't resist sharing some of their talents here!
