It's Flashback Friday!!

Hello, hello Lil' Inker Designs friends! Welcome to our Flashback Friday Post, where we share new projects using previously released stamps and dies as the focus of the post and for extra fun and to celebrate, our flashback item or items featured will also be ON SALE for a limited time! 

Karen B. from The Bald Dragonfly here and I thought it would be super fun to create some masculine cards featuring awesome Lil' Inker Design products! If you are like me, masculine cards are a bit intimidating, and I really don't have too many products that are meant for men. But...today I have a remedy! I've used the Bow Die Mini and Spring Flowers Die Set, along with the Snarky Sentiments Stamp Set to create a set of masculine cards. Have a look!

I started this card by free-forming a man's suit with two strips of black cardstock, and a strip of yellow cardstock (cut with Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain) as well as two triangles of the yellow cardstock. Then, I added the final detail of a bowtie, created with the Easter Greetings Paper Pack and the Bow Die Mini. (Lil' Inker Designs offers three different sizes of this die, so if you really wanted to create a statement, you could make the bow tie twice as big!) How fun is this?? The card was finished with a fun greeting PERFECT for the men in your life from the Snarky Sentiments Stamp Set.

This next card is such a fun one to give to a gentleman on the eve of his wedding! I created the illusion of a tuxedo with two different hues of black cardstock and then heat embossed this fun sentiment from Snarky Sentiments Stamp Set. Next came the custom boutonniere that hardly took any time to put together at all, with the help of the Spring Flowers Die Set, enamel accents and a stick pin!
