You Made It Monday Vol. 28

It's time to talk about another occasion or event that seems to be celebrated often in the summer and really all year, new babies!  Whether it's a baby shower or a gift for the new bundle after he or she is born, babies are totally worthy of some cute cards.  I found some super sweet cards to share with you this week that will make you gaga.  ;)

This card by Cathy of Empty Nest Crafter, is an oldie but a goodie!

Cathy created such a cute scene and framed it perfectly with the Instant Camera Die.  I love her rainbow created with different patterns of the same color paper and the Rainbows & Clouds Die Set.  This card is super sweet just like the little bundle it is intended for.


Next up, is a card from Sheri that uses some of my favorite Lil' Inker baby products.

Look at these amazing layers!  This card is packed with patterns, fun, and Lil' Inker products so make sure to check out Sheri's post to see everything she used.  I wanted to ensure you saw this adorable use of the Stork Stuff Dies and the Baby Word Die.  This card shows them off so well and I love the bit of vellum backing the sentiment.  So sweet!

Michelle's color combo is so awesome on this card and the soft colors really make the Baby Word Die shine!  I'm already wanting to try this with all of the awesome Cover Up Dies in the Lil' Inker Designs line up.  Michelle also mentions trying it in all white.  Can you imagine how elegant that would be?  Gorgeous creation!

This last card comes for Jen and it is such a cool modern take on a baby card.

Again with the fun color choices!  You'll have to check out Jen's blog, JENerally Speaking, to see the card with a different color Baby Word Die.  This card shows again how the Baby Word Die can stand up to any background, no matter how busy.  Plus, it looks great on a traditional baby card, a fancy baby card, and even a modern baby card.  Thanks so much for sharing with us, Jen!
