New Release Day 1 - New Goodies for Halloween & More!

Hello and welcome to our new release hop!

We have some amazingly fun new goodies for Halloween and MORE to share with you today and I'm so excited about them!

First up is our Bats & Broomsticks Stamp Set which features a flying witch and bat stamps both done with this fun and sketchy texture. We've also done a selection of sentiment stamps that step aside from traditional Halloween greetings which adds lots of interest to your stamp collection! I think my favorite is "Just a bit wicked".

To coordinate with our new stamp set we have our Bats & Broomsticks Die Set. This is a set of 2 dies wired together so that both images can be cut at the same time or broken apart for individual use. The stamps of course line up perfectly with our dies and to help with absolute perfect placement we've added registration marks to these dies - a built in alignment tool! These dies make terrific image silhouettes by themselves and are even better when stamped with their coordinating textured stamps.

If you're interested in seeing a pictured tutorial using a die alignment tool CLICK HERE.

Our new Starry Sky Die is going to blow your mind! I'm not even kidding! It cuts 18 stars in varying sizes as though they've been sprinkled across the sky and when actually cut on your card front actually look even more amazing! This die is a 5.5 inch strip so it's designed to line up perfectly with your A2 card base on the long side BUT and there are a million different ways to use this die too. For instance, you can cut a perfect strip of stars on the short or 4.25 inch side of an A2 card base as well because of this dies perfect design! It can also be used multiple times across your page for a card front full of beautiful stars! This is a MUST HAVE in your collection!

Another MUST HAVE for your collection are our new Stitched Stars Dies!! This is a set of four individual stitched stars which come mounted on a magnetic sheet for easy storage. Each die cuts a perfect star AND leaves a stitching around the negative cuts - just like our popular Stitched Circles Dies! The largest die in the set is 3 inches and the smallest is 1.125 - each are just the perfect size for all your cards and tags! SWOON! These are fantastic!

Last, but certainly not least is our Snarky Sentiments Stamp Set. You first saw this stamp set a few weeks ago when it was introduced as part of our 3rd Birthday Celebration and it proved to be the fastest stamp set to sell out EVER! Our team is going to showcase this stamp set during this hop but please be aware that it is still currently on back order and I expect it in the next week or so to arrive.

This is a super duper fun set that is sure to make anyone LOL! It's perfect for birthdays and even lighthearted apologies. Several of the stamps in this set can be mixed and matched. For example,

Well, butter my buns and call me a biscuit.
Look who's having a birthday!

OR

Well, butter my buns and call me a biscuit.
Look who's expecting!

OR

Given enough craft supplies we could rule the world. Here "craft supplies" is a separate stamp and is interchangeable with shoes, coffee and chocolate.

*** If you wish to place an order today for new release goodies but don't want to pay shipping again when Snarky Sentiments is stocked, please request that I hold your order in our system in the Comments to Seller section at checkout. When this stamp set is stocked, you will be able to place a second order and duplicate shipping will be refunded to you.***

Let's get to some projects....I'm going to show you a little bit of everything today :)

Here I used my Starry Sky Die three times lengthwise across my A2 Kraft card base. Isn't that a great effect? I then die cut my Witch using the Bats & Broomsticks Die from black, sparkle paper. She's flying across a yellow moon made using our Stitched Mats: Circles Dies and my sentiment "Just a bit Wicked" is stamped on a cork sheet panel.

Here I used the bat stamp from our Bats & Broomsticks set and created this stamped background. I then die cut our witch from the Bats & Broomsticks Die Set twice from two different tones of purple card stock and layered them for a shadowed or hi-lighted look. The effect is quite cool though I'm not sure the angle of my photo does it justice. I then stamped my sentiment "There's a little witch in every woman"(how true) on a grey panel which I've scored to add visual interest.

Here, I used our new Stitched Stars Die featuring the negative stitching detail. I die cut several stars from my kraft card base all over the page and "filled" them by layering this awesome gradient card stock behind them. I believe this paper is from a newer Glitz Design 6x6 Pad. This fun sentiment is from Snarky Sentiments and just plain makes me chuckle!

ETA - I'm entering the card above in this week's Moxie Fab World's Tuesday Trigger - Honoring Ombre! This week's trigger photo is gorgeous and yummy! Come play along!

Ok, so before I let you go........we are giving away two $10 Store Credits to lucky ladies who leave comments along their way. The winners will be chosen from one secret prize blog so be sure to leave at least one comment on each Designer's blog this week! You will have until Sunday, September 8th at 11:30 P.M. We are also featuring a very exciting Guest Designer with us this week! Hop along to see who it is!

On another note, last month we said good bye to an amazing Designer. Debby Hughes has been part of our Lil' Inker Design Team since its inception in late 2011. I knew she possessed an amazing talent when I invited her to be part of our team and I've enjoyed watching her true potential and some much deserved fame come to fruition over the last two years. I will truly miss Debby but I feel so fortunate to have had her as part of our team and to have been able to get to know her and call her friend. We all wish Debby the best of luck in all the she does in the future! Thank you, Debby! Your LID Family misses you already!

With that, I will send you on your way to the blog of equally talented Alicia Thelin. I'm so excited to see what everyone has brewed up for us today!

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you love the new goodies!!!
