Bow Die Tutorial

Meet our new Bow Dies! Each die cuts three pieces

– everything you’ll need for one adorable bow !

These dies are available in 2 sizes: small and large.

For the purposes of this tutorial we’ll be working with the large die.

This is the Large Bow Die on a sheet of 8x8 patterned paper.

If you lay the die diagonally across the sheet and cut off the excess you’ll be able to get three bows from one sheet of 8x8 paper; 1 large and 2 small.

Here are all three pieces cut and ready for assembly.

Begin assembly by adding glue dots or double stick tape to the three rounded areas of the main bow part.

Fold back each side of the main bow piece and glue to center.

Add a glue dot to the bow tail center and affix main bow piece to bow tail.

Add the bow’s knot by adding a glue dot to the third and smallest piece and wrap it around the center of the bow securing it in the back.

Ta-dah! You’re bow is ready to add to any project! They work fabulous with felt too!
