Good morning! It's the third and final day of our new release blog hop and I have more things I'd love to share with you. Let's get right to it!
If you're just joining us for the first time today, be sure to go back and read our Day 1 and Day 2 posts because I shared a lot of details and information about our new items. Today, I'm going to share the product images, some GREAT examples from our Design Team using the new products and a couple of new projects I made that I haven't shared yet. Sound okay?
Here is a terrific project by designer, Lisa Henke! If this doesn't make you want to play with our new Sassy Girl Dies and Stamps........Isn't she the sweetest? I love the color Lisa used for her hair, blush and lips and her overall layout. FABULOUS job, Lisa!
Here is a great project by Amy Kolling using our new Sassy Pants Stamps. This project really shows off how this sentiment stamp will work within your collection as an amazing compliment to stamps and dies already in your collection! Isn't this so pretty? Also in the limelight here are our Best Mom Stamps and Dies.
This is one ridiculously amazing project by Chrissy Larson using our new Snarky Shadow Hello Stamps & Die Bundle. This whole project just deserves to be shown off!!!
I just love what Jen Carter did here with our new Cover Up Die: Mod Circles. Her rainbow is gorgeous and Jen did a lot of work here inlaying the pieces. She did a lot of work here and it paid off!!! WOW!!!
I was so compelled to share this project from Kim Rendino because the color combo is stunning and I love how she's shown that our Fabulous Word Die works so well with so many of the other items released in this collection! It's sooo good, right??!
I wanted to share this adorable card by Heather Hoffman because it's the paws-itively perfect example of how our Dog Hugs Stamps require minimal coloring and it still has an amazing and bold imact! Here, Heather die cut her image with the Dog Hugs Die Set and added in the little present accessory to hold in their hands...um...paws. So cute right??!!
I'm also bonkers for this card using Dog Hugs by Karen Baker. She did this in sepia tones and I'm blown away!!! Again, minimal color AND I like how she used the image on a portrait layout of a A2 card and a combination of sentiments from the set. I think this is so so great and how the accessories were kept simple but are such a part of this design to add in a wash of color. Impressive!!
Speaking of Dog Hugs. Here are some projects I made using these fabulous new supplies.
First, I stamped my image using my stamping tool. I added in minimal coloring and then die cut the image with the heads border die attached to the paws dies. Then I stamped, colored and die cut the hearts and added them to the paws to hold.
I keep them in place, I added a dot of glue to the back of each heart and then a little more to the reverse of the paws before adhering to my pink card base. Then, I heat embossed the sentiment you see onto black cardstock and adhered it to the bottom of my crowd of puppies. I really like how this turned out.
I also wanted to show you how this stamp can be used to make some cute tags too! In fact, one stamp was used here to make two tags! Love that!
I'm so delighted with how these turned out! Let me share some details with you. We'll start with the aqua tag.
One my image was stamped and colored and die cut and my tags were cut using our Embossed Dots Tags Dies, I lined up my tag to my stamped image so I could eyeball placement and I cut my stamped image in half and trimmed for optimal use on the tag. A little tip - I made sure that the lowest row of dog's paws was above the edge of my tag. To dress u the aqua version of my tag, I stamped, colored and die cut several presents which I added to all but one dog. In the remaining dog's paws I added a flag with a stamped greeting from the set. I used our Sentiment Flag Die Original and for the pole just trimmed a sliver of paper for my pup to hold. Squuuuueeeeee!!!
For my final tag, I did the same alignment and trimming for optimal use of the image on the tag. Once adhered I stamped each doggie with a pair of sunglasses in black ink. It's really nice that between the two options for sunglasses in the set that we have glasses that fit every dog! The sunglasses give the dogs a whole different look, right? Then, each one received a little to-go coffee mug to hold and one also received a flag which I made the same way as above. I feel like I could have made 10, 000 of these tags! I feel like they turned out so cute and I'm excited to either add them to gifts as tags or add them to a card front.....who am I kidding? I won't be able to part with these! HA!!!
