October New Release Day 2 - BIG Announcement!

Hello there and fancy meeting you here again!
I'm baaaack for day 2 of our new release hop featuring stamps and dies for all your holiday crafting!

Did you see the video I created for you showing you all the items from the new release? If not check it out here:

Here, once again, is a look at all of the items we released in store this week...

If you would like to learn all about these new stamps and dies you can do one of two things. You can read my DAY 1 POST HERE or you can head to our WEBSITE HERE and read the individual product descriptions which a chock full of helpful hints and good to know facts that might not be obvious at first glance like how the Filled Christmas Trees Stamp Set actually has 6 trees because the small tops can be used by themselves and die cut with the small die in our Dual Stitched Trees Die Set.

Would you like to see some projects I made? Here we go! I'll begin by showing off our new Filled Christmas Tree Stamps and Dual Stitched Tree Dies. I love how this first card came out.

I started with a white card base and die cut the border with our Silly Stitched Dies and the center frame was cut with our Stitched Mats: Ovals. Then, I stamped one of the trees twice from the Filled Christmas Trees Stamps which I watercolored with my Clean Color Real Brush Markers that I love so much. After drying, each tree was die cut with the smallest tree in the Dual Stitched Trees Die Set. Then the trees were glued back to back but not before I put a linen thread between them so that I could suspend the tree in the frame on both ends. Then, I popped in the Noel i which I heat embossed onto vellum.

Here's a little closer look. I should have used fishing wire but I just didn't have it on hand. My linen thread did the trick!

Here I have a trio of tags all done in a slightly different way. I don't know about you but I use tons of gift tags at Christmas. In the centers of the two largest tags I opted to use our Sassy Script Stamps to create my own sentiments. The peace tag on the left was heat embossed in gold and then watercolored while the one on the right was stamped and watercolored. The center tag uses the top of the tree and the smaller tree die. Over its center the word peace is from our Rustic Christmas Stamps and is backed by our Tombstone Peek A Boo Die.

Here I made a quick little treat using a Kraft Pillow Box and a tag featuring our new All the Christmas You'll Ever Need 2 Stamps. See how this sentiment fits perfectly onto our Oh My Ornaments Die? That wasn't an accident! A lot of the sentiments in this set will fit on these ornaments. YAY!!! This was simply wrapped with pattern paper and tied with some green seam binding and jingle bells.

This might be my favorite card I made for this release! I started with a green card base and die cut and oldie but goodie Cover Up Die: Christmas which I laid over the front. Then, for my focal point I did a little watercoloring and once dried I stamped and heat embossed this fab and hand drawn sentiment. I finished off the design with some twine and some velvet holly leaves topped with a button. Oh and Sequins! Can't forget the sequins!

(Wow, I love that last card so much!) Hee hee!!

Ok, so I decided that it's time to shake things up a bit!!!! We usually give away three $15 store credit prizes with each new release. Well, would you like a chance at winning the ENTIRE RELEASE?
