October Release Day 1

Well, fancy meeting you here! LOL!! How are you? I'm here today because we have a slew of new goodies to release this week. I hope you've seen some of our sneak peeks on Facebook and Instagram these last few days.

Let's get right down to the nitty gritty! Here is everything that is new in store this week!

First up AND FINALLY are our Leaf Love Dies. It is a stitched leaves die set for you and the shapes are FABULOUS and so are the sizes!! Each leaf is slightly oversized in this set and features our signature stitching around the border of the leaves Why only on the border you ask? Well, that's because we wanted to leave the inside for STAMPING!!!

This is our Leafy Greetings Stamp Set and each of them were illustrated by hand and will stamp onto a coordinating leaf shape from the new Leaf Love Die Set. We've been bringing you a few silhouette shapes recently with writing already in them, like our Seen On Halloween Stamps for example, and they truly are wonderful, but when it came to getting into the design of this set and how they would be used in the end, well, I just had a feeling that you'd much prefer to cut a red leaf and stamp it with gold lettering rather than just stamping a red leaf shape with words already in it onto white card stock - I'm hoping that explanation makes sense. I think once  you start to see projects made with these goodies you'll not only see how amazing and gorgeous they are but that you'll agree I made the right call with this set. This is a 4 x 4 set with 5 stamps.

Here is an example graphic of how the Leafy Greetings Stamps match up to their coordinating Leaf Love Dies.

Aren't these soooooo pretty? OMGSH! I cannot stop reaching for these dies and stamps. WAIT until you see the projects from our team with these goodies!!

Oh Deer Christmas is a really fun stamp set for Christmas and Winter. This image can be stamped and simply colored or watercolored - emphasis on simply! :) Then the sentiments can be stamped in the banner to create your greeting. They are done in an almost askew handwriting that gives this set a real rustic feel. Also included in this set are stamps to add red berries to the fern leaves, or rosy cheeks to the deer and even a stamp to create a snowy background. I think you're going to love creating with this simple but delightful set. This is a 4 x 4 stamp set with 10 stamps.

This small word die set trio can do SO MUCH!!! Our Holiday Word Tag Trio can be used to create decorative gift tags using the hangers built right into the words. They're great for tags, attaching to gifts and to create elegant and fun packaging. Write your recipient's info right on the back! OR you can easily snip off the tag hangers and use these as holiday word dies on cards and more. The choice is yours and they're really super fun! This is a set of three dies wired together.

This is quite literally All the Christmas You'll Ever Need! Each of these sentiments are hand illustrated and can be used in so many different ways like as overlays to make quick and easy family holiday photo cards. They can be stamped on their own as they make superb stamps for holiday and Winter cards. We've also included a dotted string and bow which can be used to turn the sentiments into ornaments. These sentiments are so beautiful and will make the most gorgeous holiday cards! This is a large 6 x 8 set of  14 stamps and a bargain price. Did you know that a 6 x 8 set is a double stamp set? 2 Stamp sets would normally retail for $30 if sold individually and we're bringing you this set for $24 - so we've designed these in a large set to actually save you some dough. :)
My favorite way to use these stamps are with our coordinating ornaments dies which we've designed just for these stamps.  Have a look!

Our Oh My Ornaments Dies is a set of Christmas ornament dies and they are AWESOME!!!!! The largest two dies coordinate with almost all of the stamps in the All the Christmas You'll Ever Need Stamp Set making them into fun ornaments or decorations. These 2 dies are not stitched but do have negative stitching so the negative cuts can be made into fun and detailed shaker cards. However, all of the remaining dies in the set have our Dual Stitching Design and will pair nicely with the larger dies in the set when used together. We've also included two ornament toppers which will work with the different ornament sizes in the  set. We also included a stitched ornament hanger with bow which cuts stitching only into your paper. It's SUCH a fun effect. This is an absolutely FAB set of dies. I bet you even already have stamps in your collection that will coordinate with these ornaments making it even more versatile for you to use. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!!!

With our Make A Santa Die and Stamp Bundle we're building on our previously released Triangle Treat Holder Die. This is a die and stamp set bundle that turns the treat holder into an adorable santa! How ca-ute is this?? Included are three pieces to make Santa's hat, a mustache and beard and two boots which can be used as his mittens as well with a little clever folding. The stamp set includes 5 sentiments all of which are sized to stamp onto our Stitched Sentiment Flag Die and Sentiment Flag Die Original as well as stamps to create Santa's face; two different sets of eyes, a nose and two different mouths.

I found through some crafty experimentation that our Make A Santa Bundle pairs well with our Hey Foxy Dies! You can use the body from the fox die set to create a Santa as well. I'll show you that as I share products with you throughout the week, but if you already have this die set you're psyched! If not, we do have some available for you to take home! It's important to note that in the sample graphic above DT member Chrissy Larson's Santa's beard was created along with our Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain to create that adorable effect. You're going to LOVE this little guy and the treat containers he can make. I'm so excited about these new goodies!!!

Our Merry & Bright Holiday Greeting Die is somewhat of a holiday follow up to our Boxed Up Birthday Greeting Die EXCEPT that there is one major difference. Our Boxed Up Birthday Greeting Die cut out a square piece that you could place on a card front. Our new Merry & Bright Holiday Greeting Die doe NOT cut out a square. It cuts the greeting into your card front and leaves a border of stitching all the way around it. It's totally unique and fun and creates beautiful but super-simple holiday cards!!!

Almost last but not least is our Ornamental Christmas Stamps which is a set of holiday icon silhouette stamps with the most beautiful hand-drawn greetings already inside - a contrast to our new leaf products above, but done by the same illustrator. Aren't they so very pretty??  Oh my goodness I am in LOVE with these stamps and what they can do. They stamp so cleanly and beautifully - AMAZING!!! I love that you can stamp these in any color your like and THEN :), you can cut them out with the dies we've designed to coordinate. Have a look!

Our Ornamental Christmas Die Set perfectly coordinates with our new Ornamental Christmas Stamps but you'll notice that we've built in the option for these to be used as tags and I LOVE that we've included this option. They can be tied onto card fronts, used as gift tags, tied onto presents and more! The backs can be stamped with the To and From stamps in the coordinating stamp set - OH. MY. WORD. I love these! What's extra nice about this set is that these hangers can be snipped off so they can be used solely as focal images with the exception of the stocking which I think you'd want to leave as it's part of the design. These are sweet and can have a modern feel or a rustic feel depending on your card or gift decor design. This is a wonderful combo of goodies!!

Do you love everything? Which are your faves?????

In addition to these brand new items, we've recently released some new and improved versions of previously released favorites!

Check out our brand new Pinwheel Sentiments Stamp Set containing new, larger sentiments done in a better font combination making these look newer and fresher. :)

Check out our brand new Sunshine Sentiments Stamps! This is a combination of two stamps sets; our previously released Rainbows & Clouds Sentiments and Sunshine Sentiments Stamps. We've taken the best sentiments from each set, combined them together and gave them a new, fresh font! LOVE!!

Also, last but not least, we've redesigned our Acorn Dies to be a set of three different sized acorns and two leaves. Perhaps the stamp set is the biggest change! We changed the font , but kept it fun and quirky and changed up some of the sentiments as well. This is one FUN SET!!

How about some projects for today?

Using the new Christmas Word Tag Die Trio I decorated some mini kraft gift boxes.

Aren't these sweet?? I filled each box with some individually wrapped butter mints. I later popped open the bottom of each box and ate the candy. All the candy. The boxes in the photos are empty. I ate the props. True story.

Here the Hope Die is cut from glitter card stock. I love the contrast of the sparkle against the rustic, checkered ribbon.

The Joy Tag was cut from white cardstock here and adorned with holly from our Holly Jolly Die set. The box was stamped first with a sentiment from our new All the Christmas You'll Ever Need Stamp Set and tied with a red satin ribbon.

Here I used the Wish tag die to show you that this can just as easily be used for a birthday present. I stamped the kraft box with white craft ink using the solid spot from our Spot On Stamps and tied this together with some neon twine and a wish tag cut from neon pink cardstock and sponged the bottom of the die cut for an ombre effect.

Here is used our new Oh Deer Christmas Stamp Set. Did I mention that even though this appears to be an intricate image that it can be colored so very very easily. I love that about this stamp set! Then, I stamped on my berries and rosy cheeks and did a little hi-lighting with a white chalkboard marker. My aqua card base is die cut with a circle from our Stitched Mats: Circles Die Set. Here I've used the negative stitching and placed my focal image behind it for some simple framing. I embellished the entire project using some red and white baker's twine, red button and clear sequin.

Here I used the Oh Deer Christmas Stamps again but I used warmer colors for a more rustic look. My background is die cut with our Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain and my focal image is again cut using our Stitched Mats: Circles. Add in some checkered ribbon, silver jingle bells and ivory jute twine and called it done. I love this!

Ok, one more project for today. Here I die cut a grouping of leaves from our new Leaf Love Dies and affixed the grouping to a remnant piece of corrugated card stock tied off with some twine and a button. The Thankful greeting is from our Really Rosemaling Stamp Set which I heat embossed in gold onto vellum paper. My card base is die cut using the largest die from our Embossed Dots Rectangles Die Set. Oh, I love the way this turned out!

I think that covers everything! Now, let's get to some of the fun. Every hop we give away three $15 store gift certificates and that's all well and good but what if we do the gift certificates AND gave away the entire release to one lucky winner?

WIN IT ALL!!!!

If we receive over 100 comments on any one of our October new release posts we'll pick a lucky grand prize winner to receive our entire new release!!! What do you think?
