FINALLY! October and November Mini Release Re-Cap!

Well, hello there!!!!!! I'm here today to re-cap BOTH our October Release and November Mini Release Hops!!! I'm so sorry this post is so late especially for the October Hop. It's been very busy here and this is the first chance I've had! Whew!

So, since it's been a while, let's look back at both hops and the fabulous projects made by our Design Team Members.

Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Helllloooooooooo!!!!!

I'm here today to have fun and hop along with the Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

I'm Laura and I'm a paper crafter and also the owner of a little company called Lil' Inker Designs.

If today is your first time here, welcome! I've been running Lil' Inker out of my home here just outside of Boston since 2010. We design and manufacture clear photopolymer stamps and metal dies for all your card making needs and in really cute designs!

Lil' Inker Designs is a Super Sponsor of this season's Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Before I get to our prize let's have a look at the card I made to share with you today.

 What's more perfect for today's hop than a unicorn drinking coffee?  Here I started with an aqua card base and I stamped it with the large single dot from our new Unstoppable Stamps to create a snowy background which I then heat embossed. Then, I stamped, colored and my unicorn from our new Magical Winter Stamps including her scarf, coffee cup and green tree and cut them out with our Magical Winter Dies.

Also seen here and used to create my scene are our Border Builders Die Set and the white tree in the background is the smaller tree from our Dual Stitched Christmas Tree Dies. The cheers sentiment is from our Latte Love Stamp Set.

I still love a big ol' bow on my cards. Call me old school but especially on a holiday card - it's just right!

I've posted this project before during the new release for Magical Winter but I retook the photo so I thought I'd share.  I have this new photo board that I love love love - first time using it and I'm obsessed. It's from Photoboards.org and here is a link to the board I love. I have to say, this was the only time I've used it but I love the look it gave!!!!

Thanksgiving is over but I couldn't resist sharing these place cards from Brenda, @cardsbykatiesmom.
 

These are so clever and I love how Brenda got so many different looks out of the Pumpkin & Flower Greetings Stamps.  Each one is a stunner and cut with the Dual Stitched Pumpkin, makes them even more special.  Thanks so much for showing off your project, Brenda.

While I'm sharing some non-Christmas cards, I wanted to show off this cool card by Simon of Inklipse.

Isn't this adorable and the best part is...it lights up!!  You absolutely must visit Simon's blog to check it out.  This card is awesome even without the light up feature.  I love Simon's coloring of the cool critters from our Super Kids Stamp Set.  His little scene is adorable complete with cool shadows and that cute little cloud.  You rock, Simon!

While we are on the subject of unique cards and use of products, I just had to share this card by Amna, @thecreativeelement.

Amna's stitching here on our Cover Up Die: Diamond Lace is so cool.  Here color choice is bright and happy and this card is the perfect way to tell a friend how special they are.  We think you are pretty special too, Amna!

I also couldn't help but notice this awesome card from Veronica, @veronicawz.

This little dino is the perfect birthday card.  I just love how Veronica used such bright and happy colors on this adorable scene.  She really showed off how fun the Hello Dino Stamps and Hello Dino Dies can be.  Raaaa!  ;)

Finally, I had to share a little Christmas since it is December.  Linda uses an oldy but goody for this card on her blog, Stampin' Seasons.

The Jingle Bell Die Set is such a classic set with so many uses. I just love seeing people get years and years of use out of our products and this glittery card is a perfect example of that.  Thanks Linda for getting us all in the holiday spirit!
