December Release Hop Day 3

Hi there!!! Fancy meeting you here! :)

I'd like to get right into sharing the graphics of the products we've just released and from there right into new projects I made for today and more!

The final release day of our hop, I usually just share our new graphics and then send you to our previous days' posts or to our website if you'd like to read more about how these new goodies work.

You can head over to our store HERE. Day 1 Post is HERE and Day 2 Post is HERE.

The above is not an image of a separate product but of a horizontal view of our Cover Up Die: Faceted and the hidden heart inside.

Here are the projects I have for you today. This first card was made for the blog hop our paper crafting community participated in to say goodbye and thank you to Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine. They are truly awesome in every way so I thought that using our new Awesome Word Die and Hello, Awesome Stamp Set was super appropriate! This also features our new Long & Skinny Rectangles.

I made the above two cards using our All About Ampersand Die Set and Stamp Set. I love love love love love love love the largest, frame die in this set!

This project was made using the fancy ampersand die inside the circle from our All About Ampersand Die Set. Isn't this great? This is such a perfect size to make a big impact on a card front! I used our All About Ampersand Stamps here to create the sentiment and a stripe from our Long & Skinny Rectangles Set.

Here I've used the same fancy ampersand die and two of our new stamp sets; Girl's Best Friend Stamps, All ABout Ampersand Stamps and everything is mounted on the largest tag in our Anytime Tags Die Set 2. I really love this card!

And I really loved creating for this release!!  I hope you've enjoyed everything I made. Here's a recap of everything else....

December Release Hop Day 2!

Hi there! I'm excited to be back for day 2 of our new release hop! Let's review our new goodies and then we'll get to some projects!

Here are the items we've just released....

If you love our Seriously Word Die and Seriously Awesome Stamps then this follow up release is a no brainer! The Awesome Word Die is a die created from my handwriting and the Hello, Awesome Stamps coordinate to make versatile and fun phrases. This is so fun! Awesome Possum!!!! Remember that! I had forgotten about it until one day I was chatting with our designer, Amy Kolling and she said it. Thanks Amy for the sentiment inspiration!! :)

If you love stripes. If you love dies that can do so much YOU NEED THIS SET!!! Long & Skinny Rectangles can be used as horizontal or vertical stripes, sentiment panels and lots lots more! The 3 tallest dies in this set are a perfect 5.50" tall for perfect alignment of vertical stripes on an A2 card base. The smallest is a perfect 4.25" tall and perfect for horizontal stripes on an A2 card base. Use the skinniest die in this set to die cut a stitched line anywhere on your card OR to make a custom sized stripe if you have one that overhangs your design!

This is an awesome tag set. I might even like them MORE than our original Anytime Tags Dies (LOL) because Anytime Tags Dies 2 go back to the roots of some of our original dies! LOVE THESE! They're useful, cute and you'll love them!

The new Ampersand goodies are SO FANCY!!!!! I love love love the All About Ampersand Die Set - especially the frame version that can be used on a card front. These goodies are just plain FUN and I know you're going to love getting stampy and die-cutty with them - new word, LOL!

Ok, I don't even know what to say about all of our new gem products!!! They make me giddy and drool all at the same time! The Alphabet Gems Set is rediculously pretty! The Girl's Best Friend Stamp Set and Diamond Die are trendy, fun and so so pretty! And the Cover Up Die: Faceted is an extreme must have!! There are just so many things it can do!!!!! I love that there is a heart hidden inside the design. Brilliant, Sarah Jay! Brilliant!!

LOVE! That is all.

Here are some projects I made......

I made the card above using some silver triangles cut away from the panel I used below. I arranged them as trees over a snowy hill made using our Border Builders Die Set. The sentiment was created using our new All About Ampersand Stamp Set. I added in the snow with a chalk marker. Cute, right?

The above card was made using our Cover Up Die: Faceted from silver foil paper. I used Copic markers to shade in some of the triangles - love this look! Then I heat embossed the focal sentiment and stardust trail from our Girl's Best Friend Stamp Set! Ain't she purdy? HA!!!

This project was made using the Cover Up Die: Faceted as well. Here I used the cover up as a template to color in the heart with Copics. My sentiment was created with two products: Cover Up Die: Love and All About Ampersand Stamps!
If you turn our Cover Up Die: Faceted horizontally with the littlest triangle in the top left corner you will find the heart hidden within the design.

Are these cool products?? I'm really having a great time creating with these beauties!! Ok, let's get you hopping!

December Release Blog Hop Day 1

Hi there, Friends!!! Thanks so much for joining us today. We have lots of new goodies to share with you. Let's get right to it!

First up is our brand new Girl's Best Friend Stamp Set. It features these pretty, faceted gems in all different sizes along with some coordinating and complimentary sentiments done in a clean and simple font.  This set is made extra special because of the shimmers and sparkles stamps that have been included. This terrific set was designed by our very own Sarah Jay. Isn't it awesome?? And so versatile too. It can be used for love cards, thanks, congrats friendship and more!

You KNOW we love to make coordinating dies! We designed this die to specifically compliment of new Girl's Best Friend Stamp Set. It's a perfect focal image size and will pair wonderfully with the sentiments included in our new stamp set or even just all by its pretty lil' self!

Ok, I'm going to say that our Alphabet Gems Stamp Set is a TOTAL MUST HAVE!!! This is a fabulous set of alphabet stamps in this pretty gem-like style. Each letter is approximately 3/4" tall and boy oh boy do they look awesome stamped on cards. They look so great when heat embossed or can be stamped and colored - that would be fun too! These are so pretty! We've even included some punctuation marks to complete the set. LOVE THIS!!!

ANOTHER AMAZING DIE!!! Our new Cover Up Die: Faceted is trendy, fun and just plain gorgeous. Use the cover up on a card front - remove all the triangles or just remove some, color in the triangles with copics or use it as a watercoloring template. There are so many options with this die. Be watching for projects from our design team featuring the heart hidden inside this design!

This a really awesome set! Our All About Ampersand Die Set is a set of three dies putting the emphasis on these lovely and timeless, yet trendy ampersand symbols! The largest die in this set is a perfect, A2 cover up die. It cuts a frame for a card front featuring an incorporated, oversized ampersand. This die is GORGEOUS and can be very versatile too. You can easily snip the ampersand out of the frame and each piece could be used separately for different projects.
The medium die in this set features a fancy ampersand within a circle. This is the coordinating ampersand to our All About Ampersand Stamp Set. The die can be mixed and matched with this stamp set for tons of possibilities.
The smallest die in the set features an Ampersand die with these cute little cut outs. It too has lots of possibilities when used alone or with our stamp set.
These two ampersand themed products are fun, fancy and you are going to love having them in your collection!

Our new All About Ampersand Stamp Set includes a gorgeous and oversized ampersand stamp along with several sentiments that can be mixed and matched and which are done in a traditional yet trendy, hand-labeler font. This stamp set was designed to coordinate with our All About Ampersand Die Set. When all of our Ampersand products are used together the possibilities are endless. You are going to LOVE this new collection of goodies.
Some of the sentiments included can be phrased to say, "Hello & Also, don't change", "Gratitude & Many Thanks", "Merry & Bright" and so many other fun and useful possibilities!

Our Awesome Word Die is a fabulous follow up release to our hugely popular Seriously Word Die. It's a die created from my own handwriting! It's a perfect, focal image size and you will love using it on all your cards to tell someone that they truly are awesome! Use this die alone or with our perfectly coordinating Hello, Awesome Stamp Set. If you loved our Seriously Word Die and Seriously Awesome Stamp Set you will love this follow up release.

Our Hello, Awesome stamps are designed to perfectly coordinate with our new Awesome Word Die. It can be coordinated with this die to create greetings that say "Hello, Awesome", "Awesome Possum", "Wake up and be Awesome" and so much more. The font is hand drawn and modern and the perfect compliment to our handwritten Awesome Word Die. If you loved our previously released Seriously Awesome Stamp Set and Seriously Word Die you will love this follow up release - and I think there are even some possibilities for them to be used together!

Our designers and customers have been asking for a product that cut stitched stripes and we wanted to make sure we designed the most versatile and cost effective product for our customers as we could and think we've done just that.
Our Long & Skinny Rectangles is a set of 5 dies that can be used as horizontal or vertical stripes and also used as sentimental panels. The three tallest dies in this set are all exactly 5.50" tall. This means they are perfectly sized to use vertically on a card base. These dies can also be used horizontally as well if they are adhered to an A2 card base and then trimmed down to size.
The smallest die in this set is exactly 4.25" tall and perfectly sized to use as a horizontal stripe on a card base.
There is a 6th and very important die included in this set. It's 5.50" long and cuts only a stitched line. It's included so that when you're stacking stripes on your card base you can add a stitched border to any stripe that may overhang your card. It can of course be used for lots of other purposes too like just adding a line of stitching to a card base and more!
This set is truly versatile and we love that we've been able to design one set that does so much!

A follow up release to our popular Anytime Tags Die Set, this is a set of three tags with a ribbon-tailed end and a traditional tag-shaped top all featuring our signature stitching detail. This set comes nested on a magnetic sheet for storage and includes two dies which can be used to add a hang hole with reinforcer to your tags. We like the option of being able to add a hang hole with separate dies. It means these dies can be used as tags or as a sentiment panel. We love giving you options with our dies! These dies come nested on a magnetic sheet for easy storing of those small pieces!

What do you think?? What are you favorites?? Would you like to see some projects??

Here are some projects with our lovely and brand new Anytime Tags Die Set 2!

I was very much inspired by the seasonal coffee cups from Dunks (Dunkin' Donuts)! I die cut the largest tag in the set and used our Eat More Donuts Set to stamp the red frosting and colored the sprinkles with green Copics. I stamped the donut base in light brown ink and then used my Copics to color it in. Then using our Joy Word Die I snipped off the J and Y to create my Joy sentiment. I completed the sentiments with a phrase from our Jolly & Joyful Sentiments Set. I love how this turned out and I'm so glad I used this new die set to make this tag!! I don't want to give it away!! Does that happen to you too??

My next tag also features of new Anytime Tags 2 but I also used three stripes from our Long & Skinny Rectangles Die set which I layered together before cutting my tag. Merry is the center of the ornament die in our Christmas Bits Die Set. The stamps are from our Jolly & Joyful Sentiments. I stamped some snowflakes in shiny Versamark ink from our Cozy Winter Wishes Stamp Set! I love these colors together for Christmas!

Next Up, I'm featuring our Long & Skinny Rectangles Die Set as well as our Alphabet Gems Stamps. Here I used the shortest strip in the die set which is an exact 4.25" to create these horizontal stripes and stacked 4 in different colors. I stamped my sentiment in Versamark and heat embossed it in gold. Aren't these letters gorgeous??? YES!!! You will love this set!!!!

Here is another card featuring our Long & Skinny Rectangles Die Set. This is the project I featured in the preview video I made for you a few days ago. Did you see it? If not check it out here to see how this card was made. Aren't my nails cute too? LOL!!

This project also features our new Girl's Best Friend: Stamps and Diamond Die. These goodies are so fun to use! I know you're going to love them and that excites me!!!

Ok, so I hope you're loving everything. I'm going to send you on your way to enjoy the hop! I can't wait for you to see the designer's projects. They are STUNNING!!!! Enjoy!!!

Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine Special Thanks! Blog Hop

Hello there, Friends. Thank you so much for swinging by my blog today! I'm delighted and honored to be a part of today's hop for Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine.

You should have arrived here from Angel Rivera's Blog. If you'd like to start at the beginning of this hop and see everyone's contributions please click here to head back to Jennifer McGuire's Blog.

I'm not a prolific writer and I'm terrible at goodbyes and heartfelt thank yous unless in person and maybe that's why I love making cards so much come to think of it. The mere fact that I've handmade a greeting I hope helps to convey something even more special than what I'm able to write inside.

Paper Crafts, you truly are AWESOME in every way. Being a part of your magazine as a contributor was mind blowing. I've never felt as accomplished as I did when I was first published within your pages. Then later, when I began Lil' Inker Designs you supported me and for that I'm truly blessed. Thank you!

I will always remember how I jumped up and down for close to an hour when I received an email that I had WON the 2011 Stamping Royalty Contest which would also be my first publication. Honest to goodness it was the happiest day! My in laws were here and I'm sure I cried a little and they all thought I was NUTSO!

I'll always laugh about how I hadn't a clue I'd won the World Card Making Day Contest in 2013 until my phone started blowing up in my pocket with congrats messages as I scooped cat poops at my brother's house while he was away. I jumped up and down (with the scooper in my hand) in disbelief and I must have yelled because his neighbor walked over to find out what was going on! HA!!

I truly cherish each and every time I received an email from you saying a project had been accepted for publication. I consider those projects pieces of art that I'm proud of and I've framed some of my seasonal favorites and incorporate them into my decor. I always think of Paper Crafts when I see them!

Card Making is part of my every day. It's a part of me. Your beautiful publication was one of the reasons card making became such a big part of my life. I am thankful to you and your team for those influences. THANK YOU!!!

Our paper crafting community is losing something great. It was our common bond! We loved our Facebook Acceptance Parties and our Reject Blog Hops! We love how you've enabled us all to hoard and amass tons of products that we love but teach us how to use what we have in our stash and craft with our scraps and even household items. You challenged us try try our best and work towards perfecting our craft.  It just plain stinks that we have to say goodbye!

Paper Crafts you really are awesome in every way. Thank you!

I made this card especially for this hop using goodies that will be releasing in the Lil' Inker Designs store this Saturday, December 6th!

I hope you'll continue along our hop today. Your next stop is Beth Pingry.

Have a look at this amazing video before you go! It's unbelievable how many lives Paper Crafts has touched!

If you would like to leave a comment and tell me about how Paper Crafts has touched your life I will choose a winner at random to receive a $25 store credit at Lil' Inker Designs!!

Also, a HUMUNGOUS thank you to my pal and former design team member, Taheerah Atchia, for putting this hop together for all of us to enjoy. I know a ton of work went into today and I'm so appreciative of Taheerha's hard work and the work of all involved!

Thanks, Everyone!

Love,
