It's Flashback Friday!

Hello!  Welcome to our Flashback Friday Post, where we share projects using previously released stamps or dies as the focus of the post. To celebrate, our flashback items featured will also be
ON SALE for a limited time!

It's Jen Carter here today from Jen's Ink Spot.  I'm excited to share three cards with you today featuring Doodled Daisies Stamps, Doodled Daisies Dies, Vintage Label Sentiment Stamps, Vintage Label Die & the Mom Word Die.

First up is this card with a focus on mom since Mother's Day is right around the corner.  I created my background by using several of the stamps in the Doodled Daisies stamp set.  The style of the flowers are very on trend with all of the adult coloring books that you see everywhere!  I then die cut a white label with the Vintage Label Die and stamped the sentiment from the Vintage Label Sentiment stamp set.  I watercolored some paper with Zig Real Brush markers and then used the Mom Word Die to cut the large Mom focal point.

Tip: Because "mom" was going to hang over the edge of the label, I die cut some thicker watercolor paper with the Mom Word Die and attached them together to provide support.

For this second card, I used the same Doodled Daisies Stamps as I did in the first card but with a totally different look.  I created a pattern using the daisies and as I finished each flower I embossed them in white.  This helped me to see where to stamp next.  After that was completely done, I used some cheap watercolor cake paints to color in the images.  Next, I die cut the label from vellum with the Vintage Label Die and embossed the images and sentiment onto it.  I added some flowers in the corners, die cut with the coordinating Doodled Daisies Dies.

For my last card I wanted to try something a little different with these sets.  I started by placing my Doodled Daisies Dies on my card front that I had die cut a border using the Dual Dotted Rectangles Dies.  I then ran them through the die cut machine.  Next, I took some watercolor paper and placed it under the die cut cardfront panel so that I could line up my stamps and stamp them through the windows I had created.  I used my Misti to be sure I got them exactly where I wanted them. When that was done, I pulled out my Zig Real Brush markers and colored my images.  When I was done, I popped the cardfront panel up with foam tape and added the sentiments that I had embossed in white from the Vintage Label Sentiment stamp set.

In this photo you can see the dimension a little better.

Here are the featured products used in this post today which are also ON SALE 15% off through May 12th, EST! No code is necessary. Just add these items to your cart and save!

Here is a project I made with stamps and dies from Lil' Inker Designs to share with you today. Let's have a looksie.... It includes a sneak peek of three items from our upcoming release which will take place on April 5th.

I started by die cutting white card stock with our Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain and distressing it with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink. Then, I got stamping with our new Pretty Painted Alphabet Stamps releasing in April and cutting out the word hello with the coordinating dies.
Then, I used our Coffee Talk Stamps and Dies to create my coffee cup and our Sweet Celebration Stamps and Dies to create the florals in the background. Lastly, I mounted everything on a Vintage Label Die cut stamped with the coordinating Vintage Label Sentiments Stamps. Here too is a sneaky peek from a new stamp set coming out called Best Blooms.

Here's a closer look at all the items I used to create this project.
